Founder Hannah Nicol is an international speaker and training specialist with 15+ years of experience helping thousands of leaders present their ideas on a global stage. With experience spanning 60+ countries, Hannah has supported hundreds of international programs, projects, and teams.

Hannah’s focus – in both her teaching and research – is bridging global communication gaps. She leads training initiatives worldwide, including Emory University partnerships in Ethiopia, Nigeria, and the country of Georgia. Her PhD research investigates how to prepare professionals to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and cross-linguistic contexts. 

Hannah's engaging keynotes spark new ways of thinking about communication and culture, equipping audiences to thrive in today's interconnected world. She provides organizations with training programs for global teams to overcome communication barriers in meeting business objectives. She provides teams in academia with resources and training to have higher success rates publishing in high-impact journals and presenting at international conferences.
